Weekly10 is now available to buy direct from Microsoft AppSource

Weekly10 is the performance management software that makes performance conversations part of everyday culture. As part of its Microsoft 365-first roadmap, Weekly10 is now available to buy direct from Microsoft AppSource, Azure Marketplace and within Microsoft Teams.

Weekly10 works where your people work

Weekly10 sits within the Microsoft 365 environment. This means employees can access their check-in, performance reviews, goals and OKRs in Microsoft Teams and Outlook. As well as on web and mobile.

Andy Roberts, CEO and Founder of Weekly10 said: “We designed Weekly10 to work where people work. And for more than 300 million people, that’s Microsoft Teams. The natural step was making Weekly10 available to buy direct from Microsoft. It removes the key blocker that HR and IT directors face: a lengthy internal buying process.”

How to buy Weekly10 through Microsoft AppSource

It is a simple 5-step process. Administrators can choose to add Weekly10 to their existing Azure or Microsoft 365 billing and Weekly10 uses the standard Microsoft Marketplace contract so there’s no unexpected T&Cs. User numbers, subscription level and renewals are then managed by the customer in their Azure or Microsoft 365 environment.

“Through Microsoft Azure Marketplace and AppSource, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Jake Zborowski, General Manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. “We’re happy to welcome Weekly10 to the growing Microsoft Marketplace ecosystem.”

How Weekly10 benefits employees and managers

Weekly10 sits in the Microsoft Teams and Outlook sidebar. Everyone has instant access to their check-ins, performance reviews, goals and OKRs. It means employees know how they’re doing. And managers are empowered to provide on-going support to help drive performance and employee engagement.

Frequent feedback is the foundation of employee development

We believe that performance and employee engagement are two sides of the same coin. One always impacts the other. Having highly engaged employees leads to high performing teams. And frequent feedback through a Weekly10 check-in is the best way to achieve this.

CFOs understand the value of people and culture

We know that CFOs are prioritising IT investment, but CTOs don’t want more tech to manage. That’s why Weekly10 in Microsoft Teams works. Extending the functionality of Teams with Weekly10’s capability means everything is in one place and CTO’s don’t have to manage another software stack. The App is quick to set-up with native Microsoft Active Directory SSO and the ability to synchronise employees from the Active Directory means there is zero on-going management required.

Your people are your greatest asset. And it’s telling that 69% of CFOs plan to increase investment in people and culture development initiatives. But more than half expect ROI in less than 12 months (Gartner). 100% of Weekly10 customers report full return on investment (ROI) and 60% of those in less than 6 months of go live (G2 grid data).
