Do you really have a free account?

Yes! We believe every employee should have the chance to be engaged in the workplace. Our free account allows individual teams to check-in and recognise peers. Empowering managers and engaging employees.

Is there a minimum contract value?

We have no minimum contract value. Our enterprise accounts start at 100 users.

How long does it take to on-board?

Weekly10 is super quick to get start with! If you are using one of our integrations (i.e. Slack or MS Teams) you can quickly import users, or use our bulk excel upload. Weekly10 comes packed with questions ready to go and no employee training is required – you could literally be up and running in under ten minutes, and many of our clients are.

Do you provide customer support?

All Weekly10 plans include in-app chat support. We also provide customers with access to our online help centre, how-to documents, videos, and performance management best practices.

Our enterprise accounts have dedicated account management, phone and email support, implementation consultations, and training sessions. Enterprise accounts start at a minimum of 100 users.
