Proud to help improve employee engagement and optimise performance for dozens of legal clients including:

Build a better culture at your law firm or chambers
With a wealth of research from both business and academia, it's irrefutable that great employee engagement in law firms improves performance and productivity.
As a Partner, Practice Manager of HRD then, it's worrying to know that the legal sector seems to have a widespread issue with employee engagement.

The evidence is quite damning
In late 2018, professional services giant AON published their 'State of Partner & Employee Engagement in the Legal Sector' report. The report looked at employee engagement trends across more than 10,000 legal sector workers around the globe and found the industry had a significant issue.
The research showed that on average only 52% of employees in the sector are engaged. This compares unfavourably with other professional services where on average 59% of employees are engaged (still far lower than it should be). For comparison, in a similar study, IT services had an average 72% engagement rate.
Partners were perhaps not surprisingly the most engaged legal workers at an average of 66%. Associates had the lowest levels of engagement at just 43%.

Employee engagement for law firms from Weekly10
The Weekly10 platform allows progressive firms and chambers sets to measure, adjust, improve and monitor the engagement of their people through a simple, light-touch weekly check-in.

Honest, open and owned feedback on a regular cadence
One of the key pillars of great employee engagement is open, two-way feedback between managers and their teams. By default our employee check-in is not anonymous (you have flexibility to turn anonymity per question), all answers are shared directly with managers and our comments feature allows for a conversation on any key points.
With studies finding staff want more workplace feedback than they are getting - millennial workers expect feedback to happen weekly, Gen Z even more frequently - and the power of timely feedback in impacting behaviour and performance, we believe a weekly check-in is the right approach for most law firms.
However, with Weekly10 you have the flexibility to set a cadence that is right for your firm's needs. Our team of HR professionals, technologists and psychologists will help you setup a feedback cycle that is perfect for improving engagement within your teams.
