Expanding upon our first mobile app launched in November 2019, the new version supports the full range of employee and manager capabilities for check-ins and goal setting. We strive to build software for human beings, not users and our new mobile app means your employees can update and review updates anywhere, anytime.
The Weekly10 employee engagement mobile app is the perfect tool for keeping remote workers, staff who travel frequently or employees without permanent access to a desktop or laptop device involved. Goal setting and reviews make even performance management on the go a reality.
So what’s new?
In addition to the existing employee engagement functionality allowing check-ins together with the creation and tracking of goals via our SMART or OKR frameworks.
The new employee engagement mobile app provides a range of new manager functionality including:
- Manager notifications
- Ability for managers and followers to review updates from employees
- Provide feedback via comment, thumbs-up and pass-up
It would be great if it worked offline…
We agree, and that is why our new mobile app will work whether you are on the tube, flying across the Atlantic or on that secluded island (sorry about that!). The new app will sync when online and allow updates or reviews to be completed or saved offline. Once back in data coverage or on wi-fi the app will automatically sync with the cloud.
What do you need to get started?
Just a Weekly10 account. Create your free trial account and then head over to one of the app stores to get started. Anyone with an active Weekly10 account can sign-in and use the app on the go.

We are just about to launch our new 10Pulse Employee Engagement Model in beta. Developed alongside a leading UK University this model utilises our existing AI-powered sentiment modelling together with organisational psychology research to provide richer employee engagement insights than ever before. This new feature is available on request to all our existing customers – simply contact your Customer Partner or our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to activate.
We are also just about to launch our existing Microsoft Teams app onto the Teams store – making Weekly10 available to everyone using Teams. Watch this space for updates.
